Sometimes morning can be stressful especially when you have so much things to get done and you have so little time to do that. After getting all those chores done, now you are going to face the traffic to go to work.

Here’s a short morning routine that help change my life and try it. Maybe it will change yours too. I am using these 2 apps to help me have a less stressful morning and thus better day.
